  • There is a one-time, non-refundable $300 pet fee per pet. There is an additional $35 per month pet rent with a limit of 1 pet per bed space.

  • You can go to https://villageofmeadowview.residentportal.com/ to access your resident portal Within this portal, you can submit work orders, review your leasing agreement, and more.

  • Stainless steel appliances (fridge, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher) come included in your apartment. We also have in-unit washer & dryer in all units as well.

  • A Security Deposit is required only if the applicant picks that as their qualifying method. If that is their qualifying method, Security Deposit is two times the base rent amount held until end of lease.

  • The Village of Meadowview is an off-campus student apartment community in Boone, NC, conveniently located just 5 minutes from Appalachian State University and Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute. Our student living community is also only a few streets away from plenty of shopping and dining like Chick-fil-A, Boone Heights Shopping Center, Food Lion, and more! We are also located near Appalachian Ski Mountain, Watauga Medical Center, Shops at Shadowline and everything and everything Boone, NC has to offer!

  • Our emergency maintenance team is here to help 24/7 during all office hours, and during non-office hours for emergency maintenance situations.

  • Electric is sub metered and billed back to resident via the Simple Bills (3rd party) portal. It will default to our resident portal accounts if it is not paid in time with additional fees.
